Betty Barclay....

So, I bought a new bag from TKMaxx... The make of the bag is Betty Barclay and it is a cross-body bag with I'd say a dark beige colour mixed with a bit of grey, the colour with the silver buckle and chain is very complementary. 

It does have a handle but I probably won't use it very often, I'm more of a have the bag on the shoulder kinda person

It has Betty Barclay indented on both sides of the bag on the side strap

The bag has a bit of chain joined to the strap and this sticks with the new trend, chains are very big right now and I am slowly getting into it

The strap is like a belt buckle and is adjustable to suit you, I made it as small as possible so that it doesn't hit my leg when I walk

The bag is very spacious

I absolutely love this bag, it's suits all my needs and it is very spacious, I scoured the entire store and only spotted this at the end, lucky me ;)

The Bear Grill...

My room-mate and I popped into The Bear Grill for lunch, she suggested that if I liked burgers then this was a really good choice. The burgers are absolutely massive and I ordered the Hunters Chicken, which consisted of grilled chicken, bacon, salad, cheese and barbecue sauce. I didn't fancy the barbecue sauce so I asked whether they could swap it for sweet chilli instead. The burger was served with a side of salad and chips, the presentation was very nice and the proportions were manageable.

The meal was served in a wooden board and the salad dressing was divine

 The chips were served in a mini chip fryer, which is just cool.

I was very hungry so I managed to finish the entire meal. The price was very reasonable and the staff were nice. If you would like to eat there The Bear Grill

West Wittering...

Going to the beach is always very exciting, the weather is lovely, everyone looks forward to getting a dip in the water and eating ice-creams. We went on a family trip to West Witerring beach, we arrived at the beach at lunch time and I had a veggie burger and fries, I did not manage to finish the chips but the burger was very nice.

A little bit of history.. In 1951 there were talks of a company buying up the land to build a holiday complex, the people of Witerring looked to another company called the West Wittering Eastern Limited and raised and paid 20,54 to buy the land, their main objective is to preserve the beach and it's water so that the public can enjoy it peacefully and safely. 

There were cottages in every colour and combination

The water is very calm and peaceful, so if you're just looking to walk it's perfect.

The day was absolutely amazing, my ice-cream melted, slept in the sun, took an umbrella for shade which ended up flying in every direction and finally had a piece of Victorian sponge for tea to finish of the day.

Me....

I love to read and have always wanted to start a blog, I am very creative in a way, I like to draw, paint, experiment and mix media, I do crochet and have always wanted to learn knitting, but I just cant seem to get the hang of it, I have heard people say that crochet is harder, but I guess you find whatever you learn first easier, I did collect stamps at one time, it might not seem like the easiest hobby out there, but I found a lot of stamps around. 

My biggest achievement would be climbing mount atlas in Morocco for my gold D of E (Duke of Edinburgh) , I must say that I am very proud of myself for attempting and finishing that challenge. I have never really been into make-up but now I'm starting to like it, I don't wear make-up all the time, but on some occasions I do try. 

Blogging has always seemed like fun and I always want to try new things and thought why not start a blog this summer, I think that I will write about anything that I find interesting, I love reading topics under beauty, fashion, lifestyle, art, etc. But when it comes to writing I think that I will stick to fashion, lifestyle, DIY stuff and anything else that has caught me, I don't really buy any make-up so there might be random blog posts here and there about make-up if I buy any, I am going to enjoy writing this blog, hopefully you find it interesting and enjoy reading it to :)
